If you do not want to risk omitting a genuine email that may be regarded as spam because of its content, you can also create custom email filters based on the body, the subject or the sender of the email message and re-send the emails to a different email account where you can view them later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
In case you use one of our Linux semi-dedicated service, you will not need to worry about junk emails filling up your mailboxes all the time, as you can resort to the popular SpamAssassin filter that we provide with each semi-dedicated server account. Our custom Hepsia hosting Control Panel will allow you to enable the filter for any email account with a couple of mouse clicks and you can pick one of the 5 levels of safety – from very high to very low. The level can be changed at any moment if, for example, authentic messages get filtered, or if spam emails go through and appear in your inbox. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered email messages to be re-sent to a special email account like spam@your-domain.com and not to be erased. In this way, you can go through them from time to time to make sure that you haven’t missed out on a legitimate message.
