Because of this, we’ll perform all that for you for free!Our highly competent technical staff will transfer your site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our techs have broad experience migrating websites and are able to take care of anything – from a conventional WordPress–based blog or Joomla^™–driven web site, to a highly elaborate, custom–made app.

A: There are lots of factors to consider – the overall amount of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. Nevertheless, we do our best to implement all website migrations in a 48–hour time period. Smaller–sized web sites are transferred faster – typically within 24 hours.

A: Yup. We will require the name of the web site that you would like us to transfer. We’ll also need a way to log in to your current web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your web site.

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose the exact same details you have provided to your current hosting provider. We also have a very rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal info is handled.

A: No. Your site will continue to be accessible online during the transfer. As soon as everything is done on our end, we will let you know so that you can examine it and check for problems. If everything’s alright, all you will need to do is edit your domain name’s DNS settings.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We’ll never touch base with your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–based hosting platforms. Generally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
